After seeing the difference in stats for the upgraded Avernus Hunt gear I was a bit 
to be honest. When searching for information on this I noticed I'm not the only one.
So I've come up with an example suggestion for the equip bonus:
[Blessed Goristro's Horns]

...
Equip: Butcher's Focus
When you damage or heal your target for more than 10% of your Maximum Hit Points in a single blow, you gain 2% Critical Strike for 10 seconds. (Max stack 7)
This means a maximum increase of 4% compared to the 'unblessed' item. Furthermore, if you're only able to have at most 3 stacks up (for example only from your Encounter Powers), you would still have an increase of 3% compared to the 'unblessed' item. And in my opinion this is not exorbitant.
Any thoughts ?
