Window to Accept Queues Not Showing/Cannot Accept Queues

When queuing for trial/dungeon/skirmish Queues the pop up that asks to accept the queue does not show and is inaccessible. This makes queuing, for me, impossible. The "You have a ready queue" notification shows, but no window to accept queue. "Waiting for every one to accept. XXs left until timeout." shows and counts down. Upon reaching zero seconds system notifier states I have been removed from the queue. I am not given the option to accept the queue. I attempted to select various dungeons/skirmishes/trials and it seems to occur with all. This problem just started today (10/13/2021) after the extended maintenance.

    I can add that the notification "You have a ready queue. Close all the windows to respond in time." Also states "You have loot." But I don't see any loot. I wish I had some nice loot :)
