Crashing last boss VOS

Never fails waste 30 min running VOS only to crash on 3rd phase of last boss has happened numerous times. Not to mention mailbox glitches on my screen and can't maximize my gear because reinforcement kits are broke cmon what's the hold up? Unless in involves Zen it's not a priority I get it.
