Sea of Moving Ice SoMI Fishing Frensy doesn't appear at Loc: 4177 -4 -1176

As the title says at Sea of Moving Ice the Fishing Frensy doesn't appear at loc: 4177 -4 -1176 EVER.
I've been hours upon hours on this map and it never appears. All the others do, but not this one. Which makes it impossible to catch some of the species of fish. Fix it please.

When you did your server reset to add that video, that everyone in the forums have been begging you to make, then the fishing frensy spot returned. So it gets bugged after a while and will return if the server is reset.
