Quest icon keeps shining even though there are no rewards to be claimed

The "adventure and campaign" icon kept shining as there was supposedly a reward to be claimed due to a completed task in the "Tyranny of Dragons". However, I could not find any unclaimed rewards so I asked the support team for answers. I was told the following:

"this issue is a result of a gameplay bug. Since we are unable to do immediate changes to the game, we highly suggest that you post the details of your issue in the game forums. You may not get a direct response from our specialists in the forums, but you can have the assurance that it will be reviewed."

Therefore I am posting this issue here, let's see what will be done.

I have had the same thing with the same campaign since rollout.

Same here, but my mail icon won't stop shining either, even though I have no new (or old) messages.

Same and it is SO annoying. As for the mail icon sending mails to yourself, waiting a bit swapping characters and reading it have helped me.

Mine went away, but then I got mail from a friend and it lit up again and won't go away no matter what I try.
