Where is my artisan from the Summer festival? One more year with problems. I have persisted 5 days without being able to make balls for the event. I am indignant. When are you going to fix this problem? The same thing happened last year.

    Why is it not possible to fix a bug that has persisted for several years? Are we getting compensated for not being able to produce flowerblossom petals?

    Was hoping it would be fixed in maintenance. But nope. Still no artisan. Missing out on making petals.

    Won’t be fixed for a lil while on console . Just give everyone the companion and call it fixed ?

    @nitocris83 you need to talk to us Console players and tell us what the heck "under discussion" means for getting this fixed. There should be no discussion this needs to be fixed ASAP. Especially since they happens EVERY YEAR so you would think you know what's wrong with this at this point. Because honestly this makes us feel like Cryptic don't care about console players. Sharandar was a harsh enough launch and with that you still have use waiting for an actual date for "Jewel" which I have a feeling y'all don't have since Console doesn't seem to be a priority.

    I haven’t received one Sahha ball for gathering the 10 flax . Just an utter joke for console!

    Well , I guess the gathering flax quest gives you materials to make a ball . If you have an artisan . Description says it gives you a voucher for ticket ball iirc .

    Same thing last year. I've lost out on being able to craft how many fireblossom petals to try and help with the grind to get this companion? Let alone be able craft Sahha balls. Do we need to lay down on the ground and throw temper tantrums like toddlers to get a fix, because honestly, at this point, I don't think I'd object to doing it. Lol #BeyondFrustrated

    @Jonny to get a ticket for free ball you have to do a match and you get in the chest at end. I personally hate the matches so don't want to collect balls that way

    Probably why they don't fix it is because there is 2 ways to get balls

    It's not the balls that are the issue. It's the petals and food crafting. To get the 20000 petals needed for new companion, pet and fashion you needed the artisan to craft petals.

    People plan a whole year around this event for food crafting etc as well and to not have that option is frustrating for them I am sure.

    Are consoles getting the patch on Tuesday, do we know?

    Has there been any talk of compensation for missing nearly 2 weeks of crafting opportunities?
