Twisted denizens 2nd Shadow Rift Still Teleporting back

I ran the k-team vault of stars just earlier and we still got the same teleporting bug when entering the section of the forest. However for some reason or other the boss "shambling mound" managed to follow us out. Now I don't know if that's a bug or a feature, but thought I'd report it.
