Sybella is missing from her normal spot in PE. It is now impossible to obtain or complete legacy quests. removing the ability to earn medallions that can be turned in for Marks of Potency or Companion upgrade tokens. It is already extremely difficult to earn Marks of Potency.
i already have VIP R12 and the Marks of Potency in Bazaar cost an insane amount of Astral Diamonds to upgrade gear/runes etc... This needs to be addressed now before Mod 21 goes live and not in a later update.
