Too much random Server not responding !!!

Hi,
Since last days, i've got illimited and randomly snr issues which does not allow me to play properly.
I'm in Europe area.

Once I am connected, the problem appears after 5min (only once), after 20min (very often). I have the red message and i get disconnected.
I try with other online games (CoD:warzone f.e) to check my internet connection, and it works well.
Please can you fix your servers. I was hoping a solution from weekly maintenance but we didn't have it yesterday.

I've seen this a lot the last few days as well BUT it appears it might be PSN related and not NW. A lot of my friends (who play all sorts of online games on PSN) are having horrible connection speed issues (via the PSN bottleneck) with a lot of them having upload speeds less than 1mps though PSN.

I was playing Code Vein on my PS4 tonight with my brother. I had to quit playing because of all the lag. I pretty sure the blame for all lag is Cryptic Studios. It is the primary reason I never got around to installing Neverwinter on my PS4.

I live in the US and you folks in EU are the lucky ones. You have better internet than us in the US. For example, here in the US, I type a Google search for "Magic Beans" and I end up waiting a week for results. Meanwhile some little girl on a dairy farm in Romania can do the same and get instant results in 130 milliseconds, with a fricking dead giant in her cow pasture, next to a singing harp, and a pile of gold.

To be honest, the last 24 hours were horrible in game. I got disconnected many times, i can play max 15minutes, before the SnR message and go to title screen.
I really don't know what the problem could be, it's just insane nowadays to get kicked thousands times from your game because of servers.
I cannot run anything !!!

While I do own a PS4, I never downloaded to my console, I always played their 3 games on PC. The PC has connectivity issues from time to time, but I am guessing your ISP has no clear path to their server. On the other hand, the issue may or may not be traffic. I am pretty certain of one thing, they only have one server. Everything points to 208.95.xx.xx which is located in Los Gatos, CA. In this building...

I am thinking, if I ever make it out west, they might give me the student discount tour.

If the chat hasn't been altered on the PS4 version you should be able to use /netgraph 1 in chat to turn on ping and monitoring. Type /netgraph 0 to turn it off when done. But you still need to be able to access the game to see the information. A good ping should be less than 50 ms, an optimal ping would be 20 to 30 ms.
