No profession tasks displayed

Sometimes, after entering the game or changing location (for example, after coming from PE to the workshop), all available profession tasks disappear - both gathering tasks and crafting recipes. Instead of them, only the text remains - "Tasks in this category not found", and "Recipe tags not found". This usually happens if you haven't crafting orders currently, but sometimes the bug appears even if there are jobs in progress (as on the video below). As you can see on the video, absolutely all profession recipes disappear - on the profession tabs, on the "favorites" tab, on the "search" tab. Changing location, switching to another character and back, using Artisan's Counter or Dispatch Board directly in the workshop instead of remote access - has no effect. If you haven't current orders - you have to wait some time, before logging back on this character and trying to make orders. If you have current orders - there's workaround: finish any task immediately using morale, and all crafting recipes & gathering tasks will appear.
The video was taken 3 days ago, but the bug is relevant at the moment. I'm playing on the Drider server, so there's Russian text, but everything on the video is clear without words:

This is not new. If you type N right after you login, it usually happens. It has nothing to do with you are crafting anything. I suspect it is related to data loading timing.

Sometimes, if you wait for a while, it comes up on its own.
Sometimes, if you wait for a while and it does not come up, you click N to close it and click N again. It comes up.

I think we have different situations. Waiting, or reopening professions window doesn't work to me. Here you can see that pressing N right after login does not cause any problem, but entering the workshop with no current orders does:
