Art Issue - Icewind Merchant's Tunic clipping

Found a little clipping issue when looking around at fashion outfits today on the Mod 20 Xbox One version of the game. I did not see if this is an issue for other races or what my sliders are at.
Repro steps:
Be a dragonborn male and acquire [Icewind Merchant's Tunic]
Put on the shirt in the appearance tab of the game
Observe a minor clipping issue in the frontal chest area that widens and shrinks with breathing.
Expected Results - A tear to not be in that poor tunic.
Here is a screenshot of the error with the location of the clipping and item in question.
