Hm. So I am located in Russia, but I play on Dragon (instead of Drider.)
Yet from my IP only Drider version of the new DLC seems to be available.
While the link to the Dragon version doesn't work.
Can those weird region locks be removed? I literally want to give Cryptic money!
And yes, since Russian IPs aren't blocked from playing on Dragon anymore, I consider it a bug.

So it's been a year and Cryptic still didn't bother to fix those weird regional issues.
This is intended, and we unfortunately cannot change it.
Russian players can technically also play on Dragon, but they will be unable to charge ZEN on it.
