Appearance changes reversed

Hi,
I have changed the appearance of quite a few of the equipped items on all 7 of my toons.

After the last major update (the one where the combat stats changed) all of my toons suffered from some items losing the changed appearance (but not all slots). It seems to be mostly: head, hand & pants slots on each toon. It must be a bug.

To change them again will cost me 1000 AD's each toon, except for my barbarian half-orc which, for some reason, will cost me 2000 AD's (according to the Appearance window).

I don't think it's fair to have to pay a total of 8000 AD's to get my changes back.

So, can Arc fix the bug, and reverse the lost changes or, failing that, compensate me with 8000 AD's please.

Ya this annoyed me as well. Not sure what could have been changed to remove them, but something was.

It affects each loadout differently. I was able to restore some characters by going to an unchanged loadout and using the Apply to All option on the specific item. Sometimes I had to do it several times but it finally worked and I haven't seen it recur. It isn't an option on characters with different appearance selections on each loadout, of course. I still have to fix my main cleric's healer loadout because of that.
