Combat Advantage indicator for Players

Since combat advantage is so important now, it would be nice if we could get a circle around our feet like the mobs do in combat to let us visually know that we are standing in a vulnerable spot. Maybe make an option for it in the HUD options that can be turned off and on -- like the options to show our life indicator and name above our heads?
