Can't get a set

Hello cryptics. I don't know if this is a bug, but in Undermountain it is impossible to get the entire set of the Traveler and Sage armor. I had a not-so-pleasant experience trying to get them and I still haven't. This armor looks good and I would like to get it for the appearance. Please increase the drop rate.
