Originally before around December 10th, the information for the Blessed Artifacts of the Herald was extremely misleading, and not just because they aren't identified as not being anything special or difficult to otherwise get, going by the prices and numbers on the Trade House that one might only look up after realizing they've been mislead. Even to the point of ranking them all the way up to orange and finding that they are at best no better off.
Up until about December 10th, the in-game display information for the Blessed Artifacts of the Herald showed them as green (which they are when received) and 1100 item level (which they never are, much less at green).
Many people wasted Zen on unlocking the bonus for Milestone III to get these, thinking they were better than what's currently out there, which they are not. Apparently, "customer service" is unwilling to refund purchases for this Milestone III bonus, with incorrect/misleading in-game information guiding many people's purchase of the milestone just to get that item. Which for many classes, has the wrong stats as well, making them even more useless.
After around December 10th, the in-game display information for the Blessed Artifacts of the Herald was left at green (which they are when received) and 980 item level (which they are, but only when they're moved to orange).
Having green 1100 item level neck/waist is quite worth spending 1500 Zen. Having orange 980 item level neck/waist isn't worth much of anything at all. Not mentioning any of this in that area is unacceptably frustrating for many players.
Neither the original information or the inadequate attempt to repair it fixes the problem, which made many players to make purchases they wouldn't otherwise have made if they had had the correct information. Which it still isn't the correct information, lacking caveats or other details other than a green color and the number 980.
The in-game information in the Milestone III area should display green and what item level it has at green. Otherwise, not have any colors and specify it is whatever IL when received, or is whatever IL at maximum, and clearly state which.
Like other areas properly have, the panel should have been showing it as green starting level. If not, then as orange maximum level, and specifying that received items are unranked. That this sort of thing still happens is very disappointing, as is the lack of taking responsibility for it and providing restitution.
The current display is no less clear and true than it was before. Only that the ending level isn't totally wrong any longer.
