Are they though, you can use them! However, maybe my brain just doesn't work very well ...but support is telling me to just not buy a new one for three weeks and use the old ones i've got stacked up, wouldn't that mean I'd essentially be missing out on three weeks worth? Please help, I am slow, old, and addled, i guess, cause that's what it's seems like to me. Is this the case or not ?

Oh ok, just wanted to make sure I wasn't losing my mind, thanks.
Think I can get prorated charge on my next purchase of Mount Upgrade Pack, with zen, if i feel like catching up?

You are allowed 1 per week. At some point, you were allowed to buy more than 1 per week but they just went to inventory and could not be used. Now you can use them, but still are only permitted 1 per week.

Please tell me where you are losing out on anything?

    To be clear:

Week 1 - lets say you bought 4 Mount tokens and could only use 1. 3 in Inventory. 1 used.
Week 2 - You can't buy a new one, so you have to use the one in inventory. 2 in inventory, 2 used.
Week 3 - You can't buy a new one, so you have to use the one in inventory. 1 in inventory, 3 used.
Week 4 - You can't buy a new one, so you have to use the one in inventory. 0 in inventory, 4 used.
Week 5 - Now you can buy a new one. 0 in inventory, 5 used....exactly where you would be in you had bought them each week.

No person, I bought those each one a different week, they came with an icon in game that wasn't present, and said they couldn't be used. I did not get extra, I got exactly what I farmed the favor for...except I didn't. See the problem now? Was no duping or anything.

Simply put, no we are missing out.

there were multiple bugs with this, it was broken in that you could buy them but rather than go into your mount token count, they went in your bag as an item. You then couldn't open these as they were broken.

    Patch notes for it :
Resolved an issue wherein the item "5 Mount Upgrade Tokens (Weekly)" did not properly display an icon.
Resolved an issue wherein the item "5 Mount Upgrade Tokens (Weekly)" did not grant mount tokens as advertised.<< <b class="Bold">those where it happened like this is what we are talking about
Resolved an issue wherein the item "5 Mount Upgrade Tokens (Weekly)" was purchasable multiple times in one week under certain circumstances.

I don't expect I will miss anything in the end based on one assumption: i.e. I can open the pack after the event is over.

If that assumption is true, I will get my mount token once per week after the event is over.

I guess I experienced the bug differently, or a different issue then. I bought a couple packs int he same week, got 1 set of tokens and then 2 token placeholder icons. I waited patiently for them to fix the bug. Once the bug was fixed, I bought another and it went to the token pool as it should (still could not open the placeholders but that is as expected). Th next week, instead of buying, I used the token and bam, worked fine (tokens went to the pool, could not buy any more from vendor). Next week, same thing, and done. No tokens lost at all.

That's what i'm trying to figure out, that assumption, but as I hate to make 'em, I'm asking. I tried in help tickets, and clarification I did not find, I seek it here.

Yes, those tokens should work fine. However, I did not open the token (the coin) in my inventory like you did.

I took my gamble (with the assumption I mentioned above) and go to buy a new pack from the vendor (which now gives out the mount token directly without going to your inventory as a 'coin' first) and left the token (coins) in the inventory untouched.
