Unable to get Lore quest

For the Halloween event, I am unable to receive the daily lore quest. On the first day, I was able to take and complete the lore quest, along with getting all the other quests. I turned in the lore quest and haven't seen it again. I have been able to take the trick-or-treat in PE and outside of PE quests and the team contest quest each day since the start. I haven't completed any of the other quests.

Have you done the event in previous years? There is a limited number of lore entries and once you have them all, the quest won't be offered.

I also did the quest last year. My guild mates assured me that you should continue to get them every day this year, but I suppose they could be wrong.
