100% free companion token

When the mount update dropped we got the voucher for a companion. I never used mine but today when I logged in it was gone and I could claim that big angel companion free., anyone know why my token dissepeard or y this companion became free for me. It also shows 100% off dragon ione stone but I bought the dragonborn race so I assume it's because of that as it's part of the race pack. Plz anyone have any info or help?

*update. I found out y because I saw it showed new on the store so I claimed it thinking it was free but it auto used my voucher

Just noticed the same thing happened to me! . They put Ghost in new store or one of the those places and ghost said free, so i grabbed it thinking it was a freebie promotion, nope my voucher i was saving is gone!.. worst thing is i already have Ghost. I assumed the companion was free for everybody, and my voucher was also in my bank if i recall, not in my inventory
