Mission BUG "Open the chest"

Hello everyone, I'm new in this game and already got a problem (unfortunately).
I've got this quest which says to open 3 chest since the keys were free on the shop, got the them but just 2 chests out of three.
Then I contacted arc support ITA (my couyntry), replying that they don't have any work-around or fix for this problem and to try to ask the ENG forum.

Hope someone can help me out with this problem, since it's it is quite unsatisfactory see that quest not completed.

    I assume you mean the Shimmering Lockboxes? You should get 3 keys and 3 lockboxes. Is that the case, or are you missing a lockbox? Or is the problem that the last box will not open even though you have a key?

    They drop Tarlamune Tradebar fragments that can be traded in for very low level runestones. It is meant to introduce you to the Tradebar Store with the hope that you will buy VIP to get real Tradebars to buy where is there...

    Hi, thank you for replying.
    That's exactly what i wanted to say.
    In my inventory, I don't see any chest or kye for the mission.
    Unfortunately, I'm not able to get the VIP (lack of money).
    Is there any chance to get this items out the zen market?
    Sorry again for my english.

    One of the things comes out of the Zen store, pretty sure its the keys, the boxes for them come out of the lvel up box if i remeber correctly

    The keys and the boxes were both free. Check the zen market for the keys.

    Unless they have changed it with their recent reorganizaton of the Zen Store, there is a Keys Tab. On the upper right there should be an entry called 'Shimmering Lockbox Keys' with a price of 'Free'.

    When I did the quests it was right after I got my companion and the Zen Merchant was standing next to the Companion Merchant in the building facing the Mount Merchant (the Tree facing side of the building with the Protector's Garden and the archway leading to the Moonstone Mask gate.
