Know your Foe quest not working

I have the quest Know your Foe in cold run. None of the chests on the ship are active. My brother was able to collect all his plans; but I could not. I am now unable to to advance in the campaign. Any advice?

    If you did the intro quest for Cold Run today, the chests won't be active again in the same instance until server reset tomorrow. Sadly, there is never a second instance of Cold Run these days so waiting is the only option.
