Account bound scrolls of life aren’t usable

I have an account bound scroll of mass life, but when I die, I'm unable to select it as an option. The same goes for the account bound scroll of life. You cannot select them and they do not present themselves as options to revive when you die even if they are in your inventory.

Additionally, if you’re safely in a fire, or anyplace really, and are at full health, when you click on the scrolls in your inventory, they are used instead of giving a message similar to the ones given by health stones that you can’t use this at full health (or when you’re actually still alive).

I believe I used them before after death and before the counter expired. All my scrolls are account bound. May be it does not work anymore.
