I just bought sigil of the metallic ancestral Dragonborn and when I open I did not receive a race reroll token I went back to character menu and have no option to race reroll

Ok if anyone else gets this I fixed by shutting down game fully and reboot it now shows in character screen

    The re-roll token only appears when you login and BEFORE you get into any character. You don't need to reboot (unless this is the only way you can logout from your account). You need to logout from your account and then login.
