AOE targeting does not function

I was in the middle of the angel quest in citidal's landing - "laid to rest"

the quest was impossible to finish solo since i have not been able to use a targeted AOE for MONTHS!. any skill/encounter/f skill that is associated with a target that you have to aim will not trigger. the target on the ground does not show up, and the only reason why i know that its a targeted AOE is because a guild mate informed me

I cannot even use the legendary ability for the black horse warhorse

this severely hurts my ability to play my character

This has been an ongoing issue since mod 11. Go to options and find the button to reset your keybinds to default. Use that. After you can change them again or whatever but it should fix the issue. My guess is that the keybind file for your character on the server gets corrupted and resetting fixes it.
