How to upgrade characters without mark of potency 4

Seems to be a large shortage of this particular enchantment so how are we to upgrade ????

You buy them from the wondrous bazaar

All things Potency are the Bazaar or the AH. Sometimes you can get them in Dread Ring lairs and prayer boxes.

As for the AH tried none available and also extreme prices when there is.

I have made that purchase for 99 of that particular item 5 or 6 times in AH. Only once did I almost purchase from the bazaar because it was lowest price but at the time I also needed preservation wards so I just purchased 99 of those instead and by the time I had enough AD again to make another rank 4 purchase the price had come back down to what I consider to be a more reasonable amount.

So far, when purchasing bazaar items from the AH I have always made the effort to make sure that the AH purchase is at a discount compared to the bazaar price and when it is not I just purchase from the bazaar or something else instead.

I suspect that if I had VIP I would probably just be purchasing directly from the bazaar instead.

Yup, there is no shortage - it is the bazaar item, the stock is literally unlimited. People are just not willing to pay the nominal price.

I collect them. Keep 2 stacks in my shared bank. When someone asks in game I usually give them a goodly amount.

No idea why you said there is none available in AH. There are at least 400 offers posted (it can only show the first 400).

Did you choose 'Refinement' before you click 'Search'?

If you don't like the price, grind and farm it.
