hi so i already report this through a ticket but i might aswell post this here.
so wizards are having problems with ray of frost always bugging not going off... you press it and the char bugs and sometimes makes a little of the animation and then stops and wont cast ray of frost sometimes i have to click like 5 times for it to go off its very annoying and it is a big source of dmg in tomm and its pissing me off a lot pls fix this as soon as possible
