Vanity Bel Not tradable

When to Zen Shop and looked around found under Event tab the Vanity Bel pet and decided I wanted one.
I made the purchase then continued to look but noticed it said tradable so out of curiosity I looked to see if anyone was selling any. I received the
[6/24 16:19] [Error] You can't sell that item. So I double checked it and decided to let you know . Screenshots provided.

Hello @modestmouse75! I'm not seeing the screenshots but it looks like the Mini Bel tooltip indicates it's Bind on Pickup. If you can reshare the screenshots where it says tradeable, that'd be great!
