Arc Support Live Chat

I know I've used it before, but I can't find the Arc support live chat link anymore. Did they do away with Live Chat support, or where do I find that? I've submitted a ticket, was just hoping to get some traction on it.

    im looking for it too, cant find it, used it yesterday
