Bind to... What does it mean?

I have found different items with the wording "bind to account, binds on pickup" and maybe others. What does it mean if I have a consumable or any other thing with this wording?

Bind to account = ou can give to your own characters but can't trade it to other players

Binds on pick up = as soon as you take it it is bound as opposed to

Binds On Equip = Means it is bound when you equip meaningly you can freely pick it up but once you equip it it won't be tradeable to your other characters or other players.

Bind to Character = Only the character that finds the item can use it. It can never be traded to other characters or players.

So a consumable bound is still consumed?
I had the weird thought that a bound object was not wasted/consumed when used.

Yeah, it would be consumed as normal.
