Changing class in dungeons makes my abilities not come off cooldown

Hi guys, so don't know if this is a warlock only glitch but like 25% chance when I switch to my aoe dps loadout in a dungeon I'll make it so my curse bit and fireball doesn't come off cooldown so I can't use them or switch them out because they're only cooldown leading me to have to log out for 30 seconds until my character is no longer in-game to get them back, not the end of the world but it's pretty annoying.
