Stuck at loading screen when entering a dungeon after last patch.

Whenever I try to enter a dungeon, the game client tries to patch files and then I get stuck. I tried disabling on-demand patching and force verify and I am still getting this issue, which is infuriating. It all started after the latest patch. Any suggestions? Do I need to re-install the game?

After validating files a couple of times and rebooting the machine, I managed to get through that part where patching would get stuck. Case closed.
