Underdark Campaign: Two Issues

Demogorgan Que - I am unable to join the queue even though I meet all of the requirements.

Underdark Campaign- It will not let me start the campaign "Process Fearzress" even though I am on Chapter 4 and have more than enough to start this process.

Has anyone encountered these issues? - Thank you.

    The chapters are intro quests, you have to finish all 10 Chapters before the Campaign tree 'opens' and you can process Fearzress, slowly.
