Help please

Hello all bit of a problem here, my PSU went on me last week I've ordered a new one but because of the ongoing situation of COVID-19 I have been told it wont arrive for atleast 5-10 vbworking days even tho I ordered it the day it died. Now this is not the actual problem the problem I face is my VIP runs out in 2 days but I have no other PC which runs 64bt to install the game I know I can charge my arc account but is there anyway I can buy VIP for my account outside the game? I currently have vip rank 10 and don't want to go back to level 1. Any suggestions please?
