Barbarian Sentinel At-Will Bounding Slam does not proc weapon enchantments

This at-will does not proc any weapon enchantments I've tested so far including bilethorn, bronzewood, and lightening. All other at-wills do. Tested with 3 different weapons.

    Another one broken skill. Encounter punishing charge also dont proc weapon enchantment. I have posted 3 times this issue . Zero reaction.

    Bronze is procing only from encounter not from at wills

    Been talking about this for awhile now. Keep getting from the devs "we are looking at it" and meanwhile a YEAR passes by and the issue with some barbarian(not gwf) skills not proccing weapon enchants keeps right on going. Extremely frustrating.
