the game constant freeze and crash, need help!

I'm having a boring problem in the game, every time I'm playing, the game suddenly freezes and crashes. I have to open the task manager and close there, can someone please help me with this? PS: I already did the method of deleting the Game.pref file and it didn't help.

My specs:
Windows 10
8gb RAM
FX 6300
Radeon R7 360 2gb

    The best you can do for now is to make sure your graphic driver is up-to-date.
    Was it crashed or was it frozen? Or, you experienced both in different occasion.
    Crash means it is already died and you don't need to use the task manager to kill it. A crash dialog box should come up to ask you to submit the crash report.

    Does it crash under the same circumstances such as loading a map or in combat or in certain zones? Basically any commonality would help us investigate.

    Do you get an error/crash report window?
