Gas spore mount power is not working at all

This is for NW PC
The Gas Spore mount power is supposed to increase stamina regeneration by 20%, according to its tooltip.

However, with or without it, in the character sheet the stats remain unchanged.
I've even tested it and I cannot find any difference. The stats are not working at all.

This power would help the tanks greatly.
Can you please look into this and provide us with a fix? Thank you.

Just checked and I can confirm. Not working at all. It's broken.
