Terribly sorry for asking what many of you may think is obvious, but I cannot find where to get Charcoal nowadays. I know it has changed at least once. I can't craft it or find it anywhere and my google-fu has failed me.

    It can be crafted if you do masterwork alchemy. If you don't see that, it means your masterwork alchemy to make charcoal has not reached that level.
