I got frame rate drop badly issue.

Hi, have play this game for 6 years but right now I got frame rate drop issue since characters page, I'm sure it happened since Tales of old campaign in November, I never got frame rate drop badly problem before. Should I uninstall and reinstall it?

    Yeah, it's that time of the year. Lots of bots running the free gifts event. I was rubberbanding severely the other day (and that happens very rarely). I also suggest:
    1) Checking your graphics options. Start with very low then keep increasing by ticking up.
    2) If that doesn't fix it, go to the launcher option and force verify. No need to reinstall really.

    But my guess is it's the bot spam and really unavoidable. These bots need level 15 I think to get the free gifts so they are getting spammed right now and thus killing the server. Always have been that way.

    And one thing that hits memory usage is switching too many maps. Relog/reboot your NW client if you've switched too many maps and rubberbanding/lagging that normally fixes it.
