Below is just the latest ticket I have tried to get resolved. The Support staff does not know what they are even selling on the Zen Market..

I am sorry that you are incorrect, if you look at the image I have supplied I did not get what I paid for.
If you highlight what i PAID for Hell Pit Buyout contains the Wealth of fire brimstone which is highlighted) It says "Contains credit for 14 victories 21 TOKENS OF BRIMSTONE and 1 TOKEN OF ACHIEVEMENT"

This issue has been escalated to me for further review.
I have taken a thorough look through your character's logs and you received all items from the Small Hell Pit Buyout Pack on your character Balthazar. You received the 3 Token of Brimstone and 1 Token of Flame on this character directly after the purchase, all of which is still on your character.
