The same item skin was reused for the Aurochhide Tome.
The script here is elvish but the book is upside down. The text on the book can be traced to Ed Greenwood Presents: Elminster’s Forgotten Realms (page 178).
On that note. The in game login screen has credits in the bottom right, I read it while the servers struggled with all the people trying log on after maintenance. I'm surprised to find that Ed Greenwood isn't credited? Forgotten Realms is this game's bread and butter, I think ites creator deserves a mention under special thanks.
