Bonus hit from 3 set Storyteller won't work with certain enchantments

Wanted to try other enchants than vorpal, and noticed bonus from journals won't work when wearing Dread enchantment, possibly other that do any magnitude dmg too.

also, artifacts give bonus form other set (belt neck)

It is a copy of ability from Lostmouth set. That set has behaved like so for years - reported. Nothing new or unexpected here - and I would not wait for a fix if I were you.
