Cannot unlock Manycoins Bank Heist
No matter what I do, I cannot get the bank heist to unlock. I have:
1) Completed all relevant campaign tasks, up to and including Renaer's Salvation
2) Collected more than enough acorns to complete the final AI campaign task
3) Achieved an item level more than sufficient to queue for the bank heist
Despite the above, when I go to queue for the Manycoins skirmish it is still locked (red padlock icon beside the skirmish).
The only thing I haven't completed is acquiring all four campaign boons, but this shouldn't be the problem as no other campaign requires you attain all the boons before completing the campaign.
