You created a Mechanic (Paragon) called Divine Palisade. So I took the liberty of creating a Mechanic (Paragon) for paladin Oathkeeper.
Guarded divinity
Mechanic (Paragon)
Range 60'
Cast 0
Replaces Channel Divinity when Divine Guardian is active.
Whenever you use Channel Divinity automatically block attacks from the front absorbing damage up to 25% of your total maximum hit points. Damage taken while blocking depletes your stamina. You may move or attack while under the effect of Divine Guardian and stamina does not regenerate.
Added Effect: You are immune to most control effects.
Added Effect: Decrease damage taken by self and allies in a divine barrier you by 5%.
Added Effect: Heal self and allies in a divine barreira you.
Heal Magnitude: 80 or 100
Effect ends when stamina are depleted.

Create a divine bond with allies, any time you cast a healing spell the bonded targets is healed for 20% of the spell's original effect.
Duration: 18s (or without duration, is active direct).
New Skill
Class: Paladin
Unlocks: Unlocks at level 30 or 35
Power Type: Skill
Divine Blessing: You have a sacred aura radius around you. (the aura around you, which existed from MOD 6 to 15, which disappeared from MOD 16).
NOTE: or bring that aura back to the bond of virtue again. and you don't have to create this new skill.
