Slime's Insight not adding 8k Defense

Took it to Legendary from Green. Have the power slotted in the Defense. Not adding to my defense at all (will meet Tomm Cap)

I'm sure most people will agree that this is important for them to get their stats ready for TOMM. Other options for getting 80K defense will be a waste of AD.
