Neverember incentives

I recently leveled up my 2nd character to level 59 for the Neverember's Recruitment event. For this 2nd character, I was not awarded the full 100 incentives, only 99. The last box only rewarded 19 instead of 20. Is there a way I can get the last incentive? Please let me know if further information is required.

I'm not getting the full amount either so I am not sure if there is some RNG involved or not.

Our team was unable to repro this issue but they are digging deeper.

I aint gonna be happy if the event ends and I can't get the wolf mount because a technical issue...

I leveled 4 chars on 2 accounts during this event without problems.

edit. oops didnt notice this was on ps4 forum...I play on pc

I play on PC and one toon received 100 while my second toon received only 92.

My third toon has only received 8 so far. This totals 100. Could it be that if you level 2 toons at the same time they can only get 100 together?

I'm having the same issue. Leveled up 2 and the second one only got 99. Was advised by support to leave a comment on this thread

I had this issue as well... 199 total, last box only had 19.
