Server Won't Respond

Before I left for a trip for a few days the servers were acting wacky and I had a hard time signing into the game and getting the servers to respond. I just came back and the servers are still out of wack for me and won't respond. Anyone else having this problem?

    I have it on the xbox and ps 4 I get the same issue server is not responding it happens to me every time I try to play on ps4 or xbox. how do I fix this problem? please help me out people.

    I tried reinstalling the game to fix the problem. but my internet is excellence. so please help me out.
