Bring back bugfix October

Can we have another month where dev's do nothing but fix bugs?

It was appreciated by everyone I know last time, and I can almost guarantee you it will be appreciated again.

This would include broken class feats/powers as well of course. And maybe even take a look at balance.... if it isn't overwhelming trying to fix all the bugs.
