Wizard retrain Bug

When I retrain my boons for my wizard it resets all my powers I have slotted. All my class features, encounter powers, and at will get reset and I have to set them back to what I had. My feats still stay the same.
Just an annoying little bug.

If you are using a retraining token, everything should reset, including feats. Is this happening with any other character?

No. When I click the "Retrain All Boons" button I thought it would only respect my boons not reset all my powers with it.
For example,
If i had icy terrain slotted and my retrained just my boons it would reset my icy terrain to something else my Ray of enfeeblement.

This happens to me too. There is no reason to reset powers when retraining boons. Retraining tokens do not reset everything at once. You have to use them for feats or boons or stats. Even if retraining feats there is no reason to reset powers.

This affects all classes. If you reset your boons, it returns all of your at will, encounter, daily and class features to the preset default state. This is from using a token (not the free total respec sometimes given out) which should reset the items on one page only.

It doesn't actually cost the player anything to fix, but is extremely annoying to find out the next time you enter combat and everything is scrambled on the powers bar.
