Frozen Storyteller's journal and Flayed Storyteller's Journal can't be equiped at same time

1) Get Frozen Story Teller's Journal
2) Get Flayed Storyteller's Journal
3) Try to Equip them at same time
4) Get this Error for all of your artifact combinations except when swapping them with each other.

Obeserved Result: Frozen Storyteller's journal and Flayed Storyteller's Journal can't be equiped at same time.

Expected Result: I could equip 2 different artifacts which have set bonus at same time.

Same Issue. After working extremely hard farming tier #1 runs to get the artifacts and refine it up. Now I cannot equip the Journal.
Please escalate the issue and fix.

While you are at it it states it is part of a set 4/4. There is a set bonus for 2/4 and the 3/4, but you do not have a set bonus for 4/4 and yet the description mentions it is part of a set 4/4.
