Please fix the following feats and powers that have either been broken in previous patches or have been broken since launch.
Feats:
Smoulder is not effected by certain damage increases. For example Orcus set.
Critical Burn does not effect Glowing Flames. Glowing Flames is Smoulder bases therefore should be affected by Critical Burn's damage increase.
Directed Flames should deal 75% of smoulder damage, instead it does 50%.
Shatter Strike does not proc of Ray Of Frost. It should since Ray Of Frost is a controlling power.
Class Features:
Critical Conflagration only hits 1 target in AoE, it should hit all and apply smoulder to every target hit by the AoE upon Criting.

Fireball does not apply smoulder to enemies that have cold stacks.
Fire-based AoE powers (at-will, encounter and daily) do only apply smoulder to main target.weapon enchant's not working with smolder, glowing flames
